Eaglecrest Ski Area - Juneau Alaska

Juneau has its own ski area - Eaglecrest! The town of Juneau has to subsidize this resort, as there are only 30,000 locals to make use of it. Very few people think to travel to Alaska for skiing, although I've heard if you hit it right, it can be some of best in the world (without the crowds).
