What I Did Today To Prepare:
I made a list of electronic and sensitive equipment that I will be taking with me and that will need to be carried on.
Here is my carry-on packing list:
• Garmin GPS
• Olympus Waterproof Digital Camera
• Sony Cybercam Digital Video Camera
• 8” Dual Dvds
• Bushnell Dust to Dawn 10×42 Waterproof Binoculars
• Back-up binoculars
• Leupold RX-II Waterproof Rangefinder (plus extra battery)
• USB cables for Camera and Camcorder
• Chargers for Camera and Camcorder
• Laptop Computer and power supply
• Cell Phone and Receptacle Type Charger
• Bow release
• Extra Contact Lenses
• $2,000 in cash
• Hunter Safety Card
• Caleb’s Passport (he doesn’t have a license)
• Trip Itenerary
• Waterproof Backpack to carry all of above
Only 10 days and Caleb and I leave for Alaska! I had planned to go over our gear list and finish packing Caleb’s clothes tonight after work. Didn’t happen. At least I took the time to make the above list and I’ll have 9 days to make sure I didn’t forget anything.
