Deer Stands of The Rich & Famous

Posted by Darrell under: Noteworthy Pictures .

If you are like me you probably spend a lot of time in Tree Stands. I’ve spent time in treestands freezing, sweating, being eaten by bugs, and even sleeping (irresponsible I know). I’ve recently learned that some of the overtly rich don’t share these experiences. Their treestands are never too cold or hot and bugs aren’t allowed in. If they need to take a knap while hunting, they just pull out the ole sleeper sofa.

I know! I didn’t believe it either until a friend of mine sent me the pictures to prove it.  Now I can tell my wife that somebody spends a lot more time and money on treestands than I do.

You might think this stand is a lot better than my stands, but hey, if there are no deer, I can move my stand!

I don’t know, to me a stand that elaborate just seems silly. Why not just shoot deer from your front porch?

Isn’t part of hunting supposed to be experiencing the outdoors?

Kristine, it is definitely silly. I’d prefer, anyday, to be sitting in one of my old fashioned stands.

The funny thing is that I didn’t even post some of the pictures of this stand, including the one of the guy sitting in the jacuzzi while scoping in a deer and sipping a beer.

yeah….a little overkill I would say. I love the freezing experience. What is better than sitting all day hunting, freezing, and then coming inside for some hot chili or soup! Sweet!

That is not hunting. That is luxury, I prefer sitting in the open air listening to the wildlife coming alive in the dawn hours.
