Turkey Fight
Location: Stand 17 (Field Stream)
Temperature: High 60’s
Wind: Swirling 10-15 w/20+ gust in all directions
Time: 3:15pm to 6:40pm
Field Notes: 5 Big Toms at 4:50 came out into field and started eating. Another came in around ten minutes later. Original 5 attacked it. Violent fight with weird screaming I’ve never heard from a turkey before. All of them left around 5:20. No deer.
Other Notes: Turkey were 80-100 yards away the entire time. I didn’t try to call to them. They never saw me.
