The AlphaTrilogy.com Swag Shop is Open For Business

I’m so excited I just can’t hide it. Yes, the rumors are all true - I’ve opened my own little ’swag’ shop.
What is swag you ask? According to Wikipedia “In popular culture, the term swag now usually refers to samples, wearables and gifts that are distributed by companies or organizations. It can also simply be used as a slang term for inexpensive gifts in general.”
The AlphaTrilogy.com Swag Shop will feature gifts, trinkets, and apparel for the hunters and fishermen in your life. Young or Old, there will be something for all. I envision it as the Wal-mart for AlphaTrilogy readers. Just kidding.
So, why you are probably wondering, would I open a swag shop? Am I completely delusional? Do I think someone might actually fork over $15 so their infant can throw up all over an AlphaTrilogy bib? The answer is NO. I’m not really that dumb. Although, $15 bucks for a really cool Alpha Teddy Bear doesn’t seem all that bad!
I’m going to have some fun with the ‘ole swag shop and I’ll probably be forking over the money so that one of my friend’s babies has an AlphaTrilogy bib to wear. It will make a great gift at the next baby shower! I’ll probably give out all kinds of cool swag (if not gag) gifts. I fully realize that I might be the only buyer of Alpha swag. Even so, my items for sale right now are just the tip of the iceberg. I’m going to add more items with more designs as soon as I get time. Eventually, I’ll have items with Logos A & C and all kinds of other custom designs.
I’m certainly hoping that some of you will end up with some AlphaTrilogy swag. If you wish to buy it, please go for it. I’ll run around my office and jump for joy. I’m not holding my breath, though. My next post outlines a way that you can get your very own AlphaTrilogy swag simply by helping me out.

O.k., just went and looked at the shop and I see that you do.
We’re considering doing something similar for GSI. We’ve been kicking around the idea of logowear and other things since the beginning, just haven’t kicked it into high gear yet.

Kristine, it is pretty easy to do with Cafe Press and the quality of the stuff is pretty good. I took a funny photo of a friend of mine once, opened a cafe press store, and offered all kinds of stuff with my friend’s likeness on it. I ended up buying some of the stuff and giving it as gag gifts. I was surprised at the quality of the stuff, though.

Chances are good! In fact, I’m havign a logo modified that will be just perfect for the old Alpha thong.

O.k., don’t really feel the need to see anyone in an AT thong.
As for the GSI logowear, we could just sell it on our site. Another one of our companies has the facilities to put logos on t-shirts and coffee mugs and such. So it’s not a matter of figuring out how to do it, it’s just a matter finding the people who have the time to do it and then doing it.
I may have to resurrect that idea.

I have contemplated this for sooo long, just haven’t had it done yet. I thought at least making a few shirts and wearing them to local hunting events would be cool. I might have to resurrect that as well.
